Lexi became an owner of Padgett Klamath Falls in 2023, after joining the team in 2021. Since coming on board, she has played a key role in modernizing and streamlining the firm's internal systems, while focusing on helping business clients improve their growth strategies and maintain positive cash flow. Her analytical mindset and hands-on approach make her a trusted advisor to business owners navigating the complexities of entrepreneurship.
Originally from Albany, Oregon, Lexi moved to Klamath Falls in 2008. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (with a minor in Psychology) and her MBA from Oregon State University. During her college years, she worked as an Administrative Assistant at her family’s business, Reece & Associates, Inc., laying the foundation for her future in business leadership. After graduation, she spent over a decade as the Business and Human Resources Manager for a commercial farming operation, where she managed international logistics, client services, and HR operations.
Lexi is a devoted mother of three, an engaged community member, and a licensed real estate professional. She is actively involved in the Klamath County Rotary Club and is passionate about giving back to the community she proudly calls home. Her approachable style and commitment to service make her a valuable asset both inside and outside the office.
In her spare time, Lexi enjoys golfing, camping and traveling with her family. A fun fact about Lexi—she has made not just one, but two holes-in-one since 2022!
